Selling a coop in Ny. I went bankrupt in 1996 and a judgement that was included in my bankruptcy is showing on search and buyers bank is cancelling deal because they state that title is not clear. I have been told that a judgement does not include coops in ny and I would like to know if indeed that is the law in ny. also this was covered in bankruptcy but bank will not accept only b. papers. What can I do

The judgement was included in my bankruptcy why is it a problem now and 50% of attorneys I have spoken to say that in NY liens do not hold on coops becuase coops are shares and not real property
