TX - I own a house. The person living in it has paid for repairs (roof, plumbing, etc.). I have not declared the property as rental or taken any depreciation. I have clamed the interest, taxes, and income on my taxes. I understand that there is a formula to determine who should receive how much when the house is sold. Where can I find this formula?
