Selling land yourself

What is the name of your state? Texas
Two questions: 1)What are the minimum forms that need to be signed to make the sale of a lot legal and where can I download them?
2) Is there a checklist of things to do to complete my own lot sale without a lawyer or broker?

If you don't know what your doing, hire a real estate attorney or a Realtor.
