selling "as is" property to family members

I live in california, and want to sell my half interest in property/homes to my relatives on a "as is" basis. (My mother and I co-own the property) Can this be done? If so, How? Thank you.

Yes, it can be done. Hire an attorney to do the paperwork. In the meantime, make a list of everything that is wrong with the property, fill out a disclosure statement and order a home inspection.
