I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

I think you need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney. I know money is tight. Attorneypages.com has many attorneys who offer free consultations. Also, try your state bar association by calling 411. Once you get to through to the state bar, ask them to help you locate a pro bono bankruptcy attorney/organization.

Hope this helps.
