arkansas I have a retail business , next to my business,is a restraunt, I recently had my property surveyed . after the survey was finsihed i found out that the restraunts sign is on my property by about 6 foot. Can I have them removed it ? can I remove it? what needs to be done to have the sign removed "legally". any help will be greatly appreciated.

Simply go next door, show a copy of your survey and ask them to move their sign. They may not be aware of it. Only if they refuse do you have a problem and consider things like trespassing, etc.

Rather than have it become a costly legal matter, see if you can get your municipality's inspection's office involved.

Bigfoot thanks for for the reply . they will refuse to move the sign I have problems with thier customers parking on my parking lot already. have had words with them already. what can I do "trespassing ect. please help!!!
