What is the name of your state? California

I live in a neighborhood zoned single-family residential. Are there any restrictions on how many people may live in single-family home? Our development has CC&Rs, but they are silent as to how many people can inhabit a home.

Check with zoning and planning commission for your jurisdiction; go down there to their office and read them. They are all in a book and public info.
