Sioux & HomeGuru

What is the name of your state? CA

Yes,

I followed the procedure stated on the contract that I signed and made a copy before mailing it certified/return receipt requested. I only brought the timeshare to get out of the place. They said I could think about it, but meanwhile to lock in cost buy it now and that I would still have 3 days to cancel. With a certificate of mailing and a return signed receipt why should I have to keep this time share?

My apologies, just realized you are all outside of California!

***You need to stick with your original thread. Hint: In the meantime pull out the 3 Day Right to Rescission and post exactly what it says in your other thread. Thank you!***
