Sister not paying property tax

What is the name of your state? Washington State

My boyfriend was named Executor of his parents property and including him there are 5 beneficiries (sp?), they all agreed to let the sister move in as long as she paid the taxes. Two years have gone by no taxes paid, what can be done to save my boyfriends credit and will a lien/foreclosure hurt all of them or just my boyfriend?

**A: what is the status of probate? If the beneficiaries are not on the mortgage or title, them there would be no credit issues. But if the taxes are not paid, the tax foreclosure sale will hurt all of them in that the property would be sold.
