Angry

my two brothers, who are from Massachsetts, are not on speaking terms, and have not been for about a year and a half (one of my brothers' is very unstable and get easily upset). my father owns a cottage in Maine that he allows his chldren to use (my two brothers and myself) since I live far away from maine, I rarely use it, but now my two brothers' are fighting about it. the unstable son comes and goes whenever he pleases and tells my other brother he will "beat him in from of his children" if he shows up. my father has tried speaking to him, but he refuses to listen and does whatever he wants, threatening his brother and his family. what can be done?

IT is entirely up to Dad since he owns the property.

One suggestion for the future.... make sure that your fathers wishes for the cabin are specifically resolved in his will. Otherwise, this fighting will continue on into additional generations.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
