Squaters rights

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alaska
I am in partnership in apiece of property with one other person. He let a family live in a small cabin on the property for two years for free if they disposed of six cars and a collapsed fifty foot mobile home, which they did. Another condition of free rental was to add on to existing cabin using my partners material and on an existing foundation, which they did. Well the two years are up and they won't leave. My question is what can we do about it and do they have any rights such as squaters rights? All agreements were verbal What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alaska

Based on your post, no.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
