I live in Texas and have inherited some land from my parents. The land was divided between myself and two other sisters. One of my sisters inherited 72 acres (away from the main homestead) which she doesn't maintain, nor pays taxes on it. I've maintained and paid the taxes on this piece of land for the last 3 years. My question: Can I legally get this land since I've maintained the property and paid taxes on it?
