hi, a good friend of mine recently bought a large amount of acreage (a farm) in Va (but she lives about 2 hours away in another state). she plans to use this farm many years down the road. it is not conveniant for her to check on this property on a regular basis. how can she prevent someone else from claiming squatter's rights when she is finally ready to use the property? ti don't know if she is aware of what can happen in situations like this. thank you,S
