There are the usual types of restrictions that run with the subdivision. The developer has made a decision to sell his lot and not build here. In the "Declarations of Restrictions for the Subdivision" is the sentence "Any future variance is subject to written approval of Developer, developers name". If he leaves the subdivision, can he still grant a variance of the rules to anybody?What is the name of your state? |
