Unhappy

If this was a typical US city of 80,000, what would you think that suburban commercial mean in that US city? What would 'outdoor storage' include or not include? What restrictions would apply to this zoning near a residential area?

suburban commercial

This is not exactly a question, but the reply that you gave me about suburban commercial being like Disneyland is not one I am very impressed with. This is a serious matter for my neighbors and myself, my neighbors have gone to small claims court about it, a real lawsuit would ruin us. This is no fun to live next door to an industrial park, believe me.

To be honest, I was not impressed with that answer either.
Like I said in my response to your initial post, I do not know the laws of Canada.
You did not even stay on your same thread.
If the matter is so serious, then I suggest hiring an attorney in your province rather than posting on this US law website.

Good luck and thank you.
