Survey?

What is the name of your state? Kentucky

Adjoining land owner wants to have a property line surveyed between my farm and another. He has asked us to share in the cost. Are we obligated? I feel this guy is after something due to his reputation and feel i may need the money to get a different survey to fight him. His surveyor is not going to survey the complete boundry. I got estimates to due mine and was told to be legal it had to start and finish at the same point.

Thanks

Absent some agreement to share the costs, no.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

He pays for his survey, you pay for yours, if there is any question to resolve.
