survey does not match what is on paperwork nor is it the amount we were told we were

What is the name of your state? Alabama
We bought a house & 2 acres of land last year. The day before closing
the real estate attorney called said couldn't close owner did not have correct property description so i ordered a brand new survey a few hours
later they called us back said he found the correct descriptipn so 2 days
later we closed without the new survey they said we did not need due to
having the correct description.so trouble with a couple of kids caused us to
get a new survey which does not add up to the 2 acres he signed off on when he listed with the R.Estate Co I also got a copy of that. But it does not
match up to the amount of property listed on the paperwork for the
mortgage co either. So can we make him furnish us the complte 2 acres with
there was an appraisal done on house & 2 acres which is wrong also.there is also a charge of 300.00 for a survey on my mortgage paper??.
what can we do??
