**A: thank you for using at least one period in your long sentence. Tell us what kind of contract what it that you signed?
Was it an exclusive right to sell, exclusive agency or...what if any does the contract state with respect to commissions due after the termination or expiration of the contract, what are the grounds for your dissatisfaction, did you send written notice to the principal broker requesting termination, if so, what was his/her response, did you research the NJ real estate licensing laws and the Realtor standards of practice and code of ethics to determine your rights and if you have valid grounds for terminating the contract for incompetence, just cause etc.?

Hi the contract says "exclusive right to sell listing agreement, also it does not say anything in respect to commissions due after the termination or expiration of the contract, I am wondering if this means that I am stuck with this real estate company, aghh I already have a home being built and it will be ready in july, that is when my contract expires. oh well i am stuck i guess, because this broker refuses to relase me.

**A: you are not reading everything. Read it again. Was this a NJ Realtor standard form?
