tax deed sale

What is the name of your state? florida

If I were to purchase a property through a county tax deed sale, who would be responsible for the mortgage/s currently on the house?

They'd be paid and you'd get clear title. You should make sure to involve a title company or attorney to make sure this happens and purchase owners title insurance.

**A: ask the county office that is having the sale.
