Tax Liens

What is the name of your state?

Great California ...


if Iam a successfull bidder of tax liens property,
Do I happen to take over the current balance of the mortgage ?

**A: no, you need to pay the total sales price in cash or cash and new mortgage financing. Ask the Trustee that sold the property.
