Taxes and OwnershipPennsylvania. Grandmother owns cabin. Grandmother couldn't afford taxes, so my father took over paying taxes and utilities for last 10-12 years. Now my aunts and uncles want my grandmother to sell the property and split the proceeds between all the children. My father doesn't want it sold, and feels he has ownership because of paying all the bills associated with the property. Who's right? |

| Both sides are correct. The property should be sold per grandmother's wishes and your father has equitable interest. |
