My condemned house is being torn down by the city next Monday. I had signed a form indicating that they can do it. Now I'm hearing such things from folks as that
1) I "may not be able to sell the property because there will be a lien on it" or
2) I "may be able to sell the property before the city comes to tear it down which will make it cheaper for me." I don't want to just throw the property away (and I don't really want to lose it except that I don't have a way to take care of it) , so what is the correct thing to do?
