Tenant vs. Landlord

Oklahoma tenant recieved bill for unproven damages to rental property. Three years had passed without any contact. What is the time limit for landlords to come back and ask for damages?

Thats disgusting 2 years.......here in New York City if you dont ask for rent or damages usually within 90-180 DAYS...too bad!

Next time ALWAYS take pictures of the apartment get a couple of disposable cameras and make an extra setor two, just in case this happens...might be the BEST $40 youll ever spend!
