A: John Doe and Mary Doe, husband and wife, to John Doe and Mary Doe, husband and wife, and Peter Roe and Suzi Roe, husband and wife, the couples holding as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.
Obviously, you need to run this by a real estate attorney in your area. Remember that if there is a mortgage on the place, this transfer could trigger the "due in full on sale" clause.
