Tenants in Common


What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

My response:

Yes, there is such a thing as "Tenants in Common." It usually occurs in Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas when an Uncle and Niece, or a brother and sister, live together. Then, it's REALLY "tenants in common"!

I was serious.

When we bought our land here there was an old outhouse left on the property with two holes. I am still pondering was this for two persons at once or one hole for each function.
