Termite damage found after settlement

Buyer has found termite damage after settlement and move in. Home inspector and termite inspector, that buyer picked, didn't find any damage. Sellers didn't know about it either. Could prove to be costly to repair. Does buyer have any re-course towards; Home inspector, Termite inspector and/or Sellers ? The state is Virginia.

Depends on where damage was. In area that was easily acessible and visible to both inspectors? Were any materials removed to find it?
