We found termites after we bought a home. Our home inspector and termite inspector didn't find during their inspections. The sellers didn't know about it. We made need to replace drywall and studs, etc...could be expensive. Do we have any recourse towrds sellers, and/or inspectors ??

As in other reply, that is going to be determined by where the damage was found. If it was not visible or accessible, no. The inspectors only do a non-invasive inspection, meaning cannot remove any furniture, materials, etc.

So if it was visible by inspectors or sellers, then would they be liable for anything if we as the buyer found it afterwards when trying do put down a hardwood floor ? Or do we just have to suck it up and pay for repairs on our own ?

Message should read, that if it was NOT visible by home or termite inspectors, then I (buyer) have to pay for repairs on own ? or is seller liable for anything ?
