Would anyone know where I can go to find laws on what my rights as a home owner are when it comes to fencing, ie... what the laws are pertaining to neighbors attaching fences to others. My reply from "I AM ALWAYS LIABLE"
boiled down to "Shoot the B@#*#@@" Since I have plans for the next 20 years that do not include the Texas Department of Corrections I could use some help.

Bottomline: if his fence is on your property you can sue so be sure you have a survey and know exactly where your property boundaries are.
