I am a Realtor in Los Angeles, CA. Is there any law against how much commission we can receive as a buyers agent? For example, if a seller was willing to give the buyers agent 20% in commission, would that be a violation of any sort?

**A: no law prevents charging 20% although keep in mind industry standards and your NAR Code of Ethics.
