Is there a limit iin time in getting back title if forged

What is the name of your state? In California if in a divorce proceeding my mother won a full title of a piece of property and cabin, but my father sold somehow without her knowledge or conscent and I have copy of divorce showing mother recieved 100% title can I get the title as my mothers only heir? How long can one go back if the sale was done in 1966 , mother died in 1979 and father died in 2007? He had to have forged documents to sell and recieve a check for the property because he bought himself and his new wife a home with the proceeds and I did not know the true validity of the facts until I ordered a copy of the divorce degree as my mothers dying words were she never forgave my father for selling the property illegally as she had intended on giving it to me when I turned 21 (which was in 1974). Is there a stature of limits to the time one can try to get title back with the proff I have?:

Statute of limitations to recover ownership of real property in California is 5 years. Cal. Code Civ. Proc. 318. So, if the sale happened in 1966, that time limit expired in 1971 (assuming the law was the same back then, it might have changed!).
