Hi, I am in California, and am thinking about buying a home at a trustee's foreclosure sale. If I am the highest bidder and get the home, how do I go about getting the previouse owners to vacate the property, and about how long does this process normally take?

The Trustee would give the tenants notice to vacate around the time of court confirmation.
