three brothers on deed, 2 brothers only pay for utilities and taxes

In Bklyn, NY, three brothers names are on a deed and two of the brothers only pay the utilities and taxes. The two brothers would like to kick the third brother out of the house, what legal action can be brought against him?

Your writings conflict.
In your first post you state that the the third brother would like to move in, then in the second post you state that the other brothers want to kick the third one out for not paying.
Sorry, I am without the clear facts to be able to help you.
