i purchased house in 1995. was advertised as city utilities. at closing was told had septic tank. we agrred it was ok since we made it this far. now i am finding out that it may be connected to house next door. both properties were originally owned by same person. do i have any recoarse against seller. the seller may not have been aware of this since it was his aunts house and he lived out of state. i live in indiana
