Timeshare

What is the name of your state?Washington,DC

Hello, I purchased timeshare in Florida on May 21,2005 and wanted to cancel. I sent a notarized letter by mail stating I wanted to cancel and now they are saying that it was not received and that it is too late. The cancellation letter I sent was notarized does this mean that they have to cancel, because they are saying that they had to receive this letter by mail with a postmark from USPS with a date within the 10 day cancellation period. The letter was notarized within the 10 day period. Do they have to cancel my purchase.

**A: why don't you tell us the complete facts? Like what was the date of receipt or the USPS postmark date of the cancellation letter.

They are saying they never received the letter
The letter was dated May 28 and sent on May 28
