TimeshareWhat is the name of your state?Washington,DC Hello, I purchased timeshare in Florida on May 21,2005 and wanted to cancel. I sent a notarized letter by mail stating I wanted to cancel and now they are saying that it was not received and that it is too late. The cancellation letter I sent was notarized does this mean that they have to cancel, because they are saying that they had to receive this letter by mail with a postmark from USPS with a date within the 10 day cancellation period. The letter was notarized within the 10 day period. Do they have to cancel my purchase. |
