I am in the process of selling two timeshares here in Florida. I have warranty deeds for both properties. satisfaction of mortgages etc. The proposed sale will be in cash and no financing will be required. Can this sale be negotiated by simply recording a new warranty deed to the buyer? or is there a necessity for other documentation?
