I live in the State of Massachusetts and have Title V property. My husband and I want to change the title of the deed to the real property to include me as wife. However, I want to avoid the Title V issue. My neighbors property had a their title to their deed changed without Title V being an issue. Can you advise. Thanks.

Ask the neighbor to see what attorney they used. Then contact that person.
