What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
If 2 people are on title as joint owners but only one of them is on the bank note and one is paying considerably more than the other b/c the other refuses to contribute a 50 percent share of bank note, what rights do they have by being on the title/deed? Could the law force someone to pay a 50 percent share b/c they are on title/deed?
