i am purchasing a piece of undeveloped land, with an 18-month contract for deed being held by the seller. i will be building a house in two years. title insurance in not required by the seller. should i buy title insurance? If so, can i get it such that i don't have to re-purchase in two years (when i have a mortgage)?
what are the benefits/downsides of abstract property vs. torrents property? i have the opportunity to have the property changed to torrents property. Should i follow through with this opportunity?
