If I am the beneficiary on a TOD deed to the house i live in, but is mortgaged to my mother....will I need good credit to have the mortgage transferred to my name? Can I be evicted?

When ma dies and you get the house, as long as you keep paying the mortgage, the lender is very unlikely to raise a fuss.
