Unhappy

I rented a 2 bedroom apt. to 2 adults and their 3 children.
1 male and 2 girls. Now I have another woman living in the residence. Is it not against the law to have a mother and father live in a bedroom with their 6 yr old son, 4 yr old daughter and 7 month old dauthter in the same room while the other adult female lives in the other bedroom...I need help....

Send them an eviction letter because the other adult is an unauthorized tenant.

If they owe rent, evict them on the rent issue.
What does your lease state as to the number of adult occupants vs. how many adults that actually live there.

2 many people in apt house

Where in Fla law does it say I can evict tenants due to too many adults and children in a 2 bedroom apt. I need back up to start eviction notice along with no rent paid.
