Our township has decided that anyone that is not current with their property taxes cannot use the local dump. In order to use the dump you must go to the township hall and receive a dump card, if you are paid in full. How can they do this if they are charging us for the use of the dump.

Pose your question to the township politicians.
Property taxe money may be used to subsidize the dump so when you pay a dump fee, it is not the total cost that you pay but a subsidized cost.
