We rent a space for our trailer at Lake Berryessa on a monthly basis. The general manager refused to accept that 2 checks that cleared our bank but aren't on theri records for being paid or evev on any record they carry . That was 2 months rent. They also refused to let them be used toward 2 months rent later on, so thats four months rent behind they say. We recieved a certified letter stating that we are to move are trailer or they will for non payment of rent and 2 bounced checks. I sent them rent for Sept. and they just yesterday sent it back uncashed. What can we do ? Anything to stop them from moving our belonings and trailer? Forms to stop them from damaging our property for if they do move this 50 year old trailer they will surely damage it and the belongings inside. Are the held respondsabile for damages they make if they do move it? Please Help! We haven't had any troubles for all these years and to lose it would be devestating to the whole family. Thanks

Have you paid late before, have you bounced checks before, what have you done to have the mgr react that way?
