What is the name of your state? illinois, my question has to do with a trailor that has myself as the owner, a lienholder that is an ex-boyfriend, a personal loan that has his name on that i have been paying and the opportunity to sell but he wants part of the money and says he can sell this without me being involved, please help

**A: if you are sole titleholder, you can sell without his approval. He can't sell without your approval.
Just think of the home as your car that you have sole title ownership.
