transfer a piece of property out of trust

What is the name of your state? California, kern county.
I am going thru a divorce after 35 yrs. I wish to transfer/give one half of my half to our daughter out of a family trust ? There is still a mortgage on the house . what vehicle should I use? How should it be worded? I have already quit claimed a lot to her, I am not sure I did it right?? The lot was paid off.

Okay, if you read the mortgage papers you signed, if you give your rights to your property (or even 1/2) to your daughter, they can call in the loan. Are you prepared to pay the mortgage in full at this time?
