Transfering property ownership to my daughter

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
I am the sole owner of a property which needs to be repaired. I am disabled and unable to live at the residence because of this condition. I want to transfer the property to my 31 year old daughter. I have the deed to the property and have purchased a quitclaim document. Do I have to go through a realtor to tranfer the deed or can I do this myself through the deeds department at City Hall? Thank You, Terri

**A: have your daughter hire a real estate attorney and do it right.
