Transferring ownership in case of death

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Since my husband's ex-wife's name and my husband's name are on the mortgage, can he transfer his claim of 1/2 the house to me in case of his death? He indicated in his will that all monies or possessions go to his estate and I am the beneficiary of the estate. Is this sufficient to take over his half of the house? Or does something else need to be in place?
