Tree Redrum

Utah

The neighbor hired a tree removal service and while my renters were gone on vacation entered the property and cut down some very large trees. There had been an ongoing conversation about the trees,no one but no one gave an o k to start copping. I had no intention of cutting down the trees. I would like to find cases like this that have been settled so as to review the out come after going to court small claims or big court can someone direct me.
