Unethical Behavior - TN - RE Agent

What is the name of your state? TN

I realize this is probably a stupid post - but what, if any, recourse do I have for the following situation:

My soon-to-be-ex-wife and I engaged the services of a local realtor in Nov 2002. The realtor and she engaged in an extramarital affair during this process. We closed on our home in Dec 2002 and I found out about this affair in Feb 2003.

This affair has continued to date (I have proof).

What, if anything, can be done? Divorce is in process and I would like very much for that SOB to buy the house. Reasons for not doing something earlier are very complicated (resulting pregnancy from affair, etc.).

When you hire a lawyer to file your lawsuit, ask him if your state takes into account marital misconduct.
