Urgent Need to Lien Property from Fraudulent Debtor

What is the name of your state? Illinois

Please help, I am in desperate need of assistance! My ex-husband is involved in some type of legal or illegal real estate activities whereby he is flipping houses for profit as well as transferring properties in and out of his name in order to hide his assets. I live in Illinois and want to place a lien on his property (in WI) based on a judgment I received in Illinois Circuit Court for past due child support. My questions are as follows:

1. What is the procedure to place a lien on his property in WI if I reside in IL?
2. What is the fastest way to file the lien before he transfers the property out of his name? Do I have any other options to ensure this does not happen?
3. If he does transfer the property out of his name to hide assets, is this illegal? If so, what should I do and/or who should I report it to?
4. I am also owed additional past due child support which has not been reduced to judgment. Do I have any options in which to ensure he does not sell or transfer the property while I am in the process of obtaining this judgment in my home state?

Please advise as to the above as well as to any other immediate options I may have regarding this situation. Thank you in advance! What is the name of your state?

Contact the Dept. that handles child support issues in your State and ask them the questions. If any of the sales are being made to avoid collection of the child support they may be able to help. Hopefully my no answer to you will bump the thread and someone else can help you.
