Indiana: Is there any requirement for utility companies to notify homeowners about work they are planning to do on their property? I came home tonight to find our road closed (forcing me to go several miles out of my way to get to the house), the front yard torn up along the easement, and large mounds of dirt piled on our property beyond the easement. It was quite a shock.
